Editorial Decisions
Following peer review, the Editor communicates one of the following decisions to the author.

Substantial improvements are required before reconsideration.
Reject
The manuscript does not satisfy the journal's publication standards.
Authors are encouraged to carefully consider reviewer comments and submit their revised manuscripts within the specified deadline.
